This unique 3 bedroom stone villa of Cycladic architecture is situated in a 2.000 M2 plot surrounded by big amphitheatric verandas and a Mediterranean garden with plants and palm trees. The villa is in a unique location near the center of Apollonia (only 4 minutes walking distance) while far enough to feel privacy and isolation.

The traditional Cycladic amphitheatric landscape offers endless views of the Aegean blue, picturesque villages with whitewashed houses and cobblestone streets, scattered monasteries and churches with blue domes, green hillsides and the ancient Acropolis of Agios Andreas (St. Andrew) an even more impressive site by night.

The house is built in 2 levels. On the first level the villa features an open living room with dinning area, a guest room with en suite bathroom (king size bed)  and a fully equipped kitchen..

The second level (mezzanine) features a double room with en suite bathroom(twin joinable beds – can be turned to a king size bed), leading to a big terrace offering spectacular view and a second bedroom with en suite bathroom(twin joinable beds – can be turned to a king size bed) with access to an outdoor terrace.

The outdoors area of the house consists of 4 terraces, with a lounge area with a fire pit, two large outdoor dining areas, a private pool with a majestic BBQ kiosk. Umbrellas and sun loungers along with the palm trees create a relaxing environment, while the built in lounge area and the day bed are the highlights of this area.
